File/Folder Pop Up Info - Disable that Option

I need to turn off the option for the mouse (or where
ever that option is) so when the mouse hovers over a
file/folder I won't get the yellow box that pops up and
gives info about file size, type, author, etc. I've
already gone to the START>SETTING>CONTROL PANEL>MOUSE and
the option is not there. I've also searched Windows XP
Help and Support but could not find any information.
Maybe it is there but I am not sure what this particular
option is called.

Control Panel, Folder Options, View, Uncheck "Show pop-up
description...........", Apply to all folders, Ok
