windows explorer

1. Start -> Run type explorer.exe in the Open box and click OK.

2. Start -> Run - > All Programs -> Accessories -> Windows
Explorer.

3. Right click on your desktop -> New -> Shortcut. Enter
explorer.exe in the location box. Name the shortcut Windows
Explorer.
 
Have you tried pressing the Start button, then All Programs, then Accessories?
 
Go to Start>All Programs>Accessories and it will be the fourth item from the
bottom on most systems. If you right click on the menu item you can send it
to the desktop as a shortcut or you can choose Pin to Start Menu to have it
appear there.
