Some of my file entries for ordinary files appear in blue, but not all.
Can anyone please tell me what settings affect this and where to make changes.

Hii, the files in blue are compressed files by the ntfs, u can find this
option at

File/Folder Right Click > Properties > (under general tab) Advanced >
[Advanced attributes].
