How do you find windows explorer in xp ro without it
being in the start menu ????

Click Start,Programs, Accessories, Windows Explorer.
Click to expand...
Or, Right click Start,click Explorer.
 
Several ways:

1. Start - Run - Explorer.

2. Go to "My Computer."

3. Right click, Create - Shortcut, "Explorer.exe." Drag to Start button.
It's now in the start menu.
 
You can use keyboard shortcut by pressing WinKey + E
*WinKey is a key with MS Windows logo on the keyboard.
