When I click Start, then point to All Programs, there is no Windows Explorer.
How can I get it? Thanks.

It's probably under the Accessories menu.

If you'd rather have it show up under All Programs you might
want to try the following:

Right click on your Start button and select "Explore All
Users".
Click on the Programs folder in the left hand pane.
Right click in the right hand pane and select New -> Shortcut
from the drop down menu.
Enter Explorer in the location box.
Click Next.
Enter Windows Explorer in the name box.
Click Finish

Hi, Ohio Rocks.

You already have it and have probably used it thousands of times. You just
don't recognize it by that name. ;^}

Click Start | My Computer. What you see is Windows Explorer.

Or Start | Help and Support. Type "explorer" into the Search box, then
click Using Windows Explorer.

Which is NOT the same as Internet Explorer, although they are related in
some ways.
