I can't find Windows Explorer, "help"

If I go Start/Programs/Accessories/Windows Explorer, I get
....................................... My Documents !!!!!

Has it been stolen, I ask myself, Can some kind soul help, please.

Has it been stolen, I ask myself, Can some kind soul help, please.

It seems Windows Explorer is opening in My Documents, but it is still
Windows Explorer, you can browse to other folders.

If you want Windows Explorer to open in C:

Right-click your desktop and choose new shortcut

Copy and paste the following line in the window that appears:

%windir%\EXPLORER.EXE /e,c:


Click next, finish and you will have a shortcut to Explorer in your
desktop that opens to C:
