Windows Explorer / Show All Drives

I am looking for the parameters to enable Windows Explorer to expand
all drives and directories. I'm presently using
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,C:

Thanks Wesley for your reply. It still doesn't give me the correct
parameters for opening all drives and all directories. I know it can
be done because I had it setup on a rig I owned a few years ago.
