Changing the default view from C:\ to D:\

I'm using windows XP. Whenever i open windows explorer, the C:\ drive is
displayed in the expanded form (the tree in the folders pane on the left).
However, most of my working folders are in the D:\ drive. I want the D drive
tree to be displayed in the expanded form instead of C:\. Can that be done?

Go to Programs>Accessories - right click on the Windows Explorer icon,
select Properties and type or copy/paste the following into the Target box:

%systemroot%\EXPLORER.EXE /e,d:\

You can also create a Desktop icon for Windows Explorer with the same
command.
