Windows explorer 'See also:' links fail to function

Please help,
Windows explorer 'See also:' links 'My Computer' and 'My
Documents' fail to function. Does anyone know what could
be causing this?

I have the exact same problem. For folder windows
with "web content enabled", the "See also: My Documents"
and "My Network Places" links on the left do nothing when
you click them (they do show the tooltips when you hover
over them). For some reason the "Network and Dial Up
Connections" link still works as it should. This is on a
bare Win2K install with SP4 and IE6.

I've noticed that these links don't work on mine and
several friends Win2K machines. They DO work on an older
partition I haven't messed with in a while. I haven't
investigated it, but did this break with SP4?
