Usually this happens in folders with jpegs from other people (which they gave me on a CD or sent me). However, some folders with "foreign" jpegs are fine. I get the following message: explorer.exe App Error:
"The instruction at 0x77f585c0" referenced memory at "0x00000" The memory could not be "written."" The numbers change from message to message. When trying to open some of those files from Photoshop or another program, they shut down as well. I ran a virus scan and nothing seems infected. How can I know which jpegs cause the problem and how to get rid of them?
Thanks,
Julia
