Windows Explorer problem

I couldn't find a separate area to post questions about Windows Explorer, so
I'm posting it here. The situation I am encountering is more of a nuisance
than an actual problem but I still need a solution. I have a directory in
Windows Explorer where I store hundreds of mp3 files that I play on my
computer. I will scroll down to find a song, but after a couple minutes, the
list of files will return to the top of the directory automatically, instead
of staying at the point the I scrolled to. I then have to manually scroll
back to where I was before, which can get to be pretty frustrating after
awhile. Any ideas on what is happening and how I can fix this?
thanks

Perhaps you didn't understand my question. The mp3 directory screen keeps
refreshing. How would scrolling with the arrow key fix that?

you might use the display options to widen the scroll bar size to insure you are always clicking with in it.

I have found that sometimes quickly clicking the scroll bar to scroll through large data base I occasionally click outside the scroll bar causing the screen to refresh or do other crazy things.
am in vista at the moment so cannot give you the exact locations.
you can use display options to widen the scroll bar to make it easier to click within its borders.

if I can remember right.
control panel, display, select the middle tab and use the advanced button to bring up the screen where you can change the individual windows features. locate the scroll bar and increase its width a little.

I don't understand what you mean by that. Explain please?
