Windows Explorer NOT Refreshing after Copy/Paste

One of my users XP Pro machines will not refresh the views in Windows
Explorer automatically.

If he copies and pastes a document etc from one folder to another, it does
not show up it=n the view until he presses F5 to manually refresh.

Any ideas what might cause this?
