I find that randomly while browsing files etc my Windows Explorer crashes
with the below signature. It crashes steadily if I have Control Panel open
and I click Start - <mouse over> items like: Control Panel, Network etc. As
soon as the mouse over event takes place, it crashes. Anyone know of a
working solution?

UPDATE: I believe I fixed the problem. My audio program had a Control Panel
item and also a task bar icon. I deleted the Control Panel file
[c:\windows\system32\idtsg.cpl] for the program and disabled it from the task
bar. Now when I have Control Panel open, Windows Explorer doesn't crash
anymore...so far..
