I know you are probably looking for an answer on how to fix this
problem, but may I suggest using FireFox? I have been extremely
pleased with FireFox. I really like the tabs feature and addons.
It's also better for lazy people like me who like to type in keywords
instead of web addresses. I think it's faster than IE, and works
better. I think it's just over all better. Thats just my opinion of
course but you can choose to decide on whichever one you want.
Sorry I couldn't come up with an answer to your problem but I hope
this helps.

Go to Tools > Manage Add Ons to check if there are any suspicious Add Ons
installed that might causing this problem, select it and click Disable.
Adobe Flash Player is a likely suspect, make sure the latest version is
installed. You could also try Resetting Internet Explorer settings.

Click Start > type 'Internet Options' open it > select 'Advanced' (tab) >
under Resetting Internet Explorer settings > click Reset.

I agree. I was having the same problem. I have been using FireFox for about
2 weeks and it works perfectly.
