This may be difficult to describe so bear with me. When using Windows
Explorer, to the left side I have a folders view. I want this view but I
want to re-position the first folder below desktop which is My Documents and
sub folders. I want the first thing to appear beneath desktop to be My
Computer or if possible move desktop to a lower order on the tree. At any
rate I want My Computer to be first in the order.

You can make a shortcut that will open wherever you want to be in Explorer.
Open Explorer, highlight where you want to be... right click... choose Copy.
On your Desktop, right click... choose Paste Shortcut. It will create a
shortcut that will open Explorer at the exact level you wish. I have 3
shortcuts on my Desktop. One opens at the My Computer level with all the
drives showing under it. I renamed it Explore All. Another opens at the
C:\ level with all my C: drive folders showing under it. I renamed it
Explore C. My 3rd one opens at the My Music folder with all my mp3 artist
folders showing under it. I renamed it My Music.

If you prefer, you can open Explorer in a Window that leaves some Desktop
space showing. You can right click your desired entry point, drag it to
your Desktop and when you release the mouse, choose Create Shortcuts Here
from the menu that shows when you release the right mouse click.
