Windows explorer error

Everytime i open a folder containing a certain type of video file an
error comes up. Whats causing this? What can i do to fix it?

They are fine, i can view them through all my video players its only
when i open them using windows explorer folder it causes the problem.
It seems to me pretty much all video formats that cause the problem
and have been downloaded from many reliable sites.
