Windows Explorer error box

I get a message that Explorer has a problem, then a reset
of my desktop. The details are:
AppName - explorer.exe
AppVers - 6.0.2800.1221
ModName - mplvw7.dll
Modvers - 1.0.0.3
offset - 0001c33a
This is all greek to me, and the error report response
tells me I have a problem with LSX_MPEG player from Ligos
Corp., and a link to their website. There is nothing
useful on this site.
This problem doesn't appear to effect use of my computer,
but I can not clear this error message. Any ideas would
be helpful. Please email thoughts.
