Windows Explorer dosen't run after logon?

I have a problem with WinXP. After I enter my password to logon, the picture
of my desktop appears but windows explorer doesn't run! It seems that my PC
is hanged! I tried to run Windows Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete ,
but this action was not performed! Please note that I can boot my PC in Safe
Mode, but in normal mode I have this problem. Now, could you please help me
to remedy this problem? Thanks ([email protected])

Try a System Restore via Safe Mode back to a point before the problem
started.
