Windows Explorer - change startup?

Hallo,
i have a simple question. Is ist possible to change the directory where the
windows explorer starts? I want that the explorer start with a other
directory.

Yes, just create a new shortcut and put this in the target. This example
points to the temp folder on the f drive:
C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /e,F:\temp
Put in any path you want.
