Windows Explorer and DVD drive

A right-click on the DVD drive icon in Windows Explorer produces the "busy"
hourglass and no action. You have to use Task Manager to break out of it.
I've seen this behaviour before but it only happens on this one computer.
Does anyone know a fix?

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers -
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/slowrightclick.htm

Right click causes an error and crashes Explorer.exe after installing
Windows XP SP2 - http://www.winxptutor.com/sp2/divxcrash.htm

Manage the context-menu entries for folders, drives and Namespace
objects - http://windowsxp.mvps.org/context_folders.htm

Hello. Thank you for the information and "Right-click causes slow or weird
behaviour" is the best fit option. I have downloaded the context-menu listing
software to try tomorrow.
