I can no longer look at 2 tabbed pages at once by dragging a tab out of the current window. Is it a setting, a bug or corruption?

If not, try another browser, like Chrome ... yes,that's a free plug for a better browser. :)

I use IE8 and Opera, I like them. I don't like IE9, Chrome, or Firefox for that matter.

Are my choices 'better'?
