Windows Error

My computer check showed this error: mrtRate - device has problem

What is this & how do I fix it?
 
Have you got any financial package installed such as Money, Intuit, Sage
etc.? If so then one of the DLLs required by these packages is
corrupt. mrtRate must be something for Mortgage Rate!!

Hope this gives a clue where to look now.
