Windows Error 1933 (HP All-in-One)

Is the only way to fix it to use the Recovery CD or can I
actually use the Windows XP CD to fix it?

The problem I'm having is that I can't get my HP PSC 1210
to install. I put in the installation CD and it says
that 'Windows requires system files to proceed properly'
or something to that effect. The printer part of it
works fine but I can't get it to scan. Any idea?

I tried everything on the site. The SFC does finish
scanning without popping up to tell to put in the Win XP
CD but I still get it when I try to the install the PSC.
