Windows Embedded XP SP2 Won't Boot

I had a working Windows Embedded XP SP1 image, but after i upgraded it to
SP2 the computers who use the images starts rebooting..

Anyone knows why??

More info is required for us to help you.
When do you see reboots? Durign the FBA, after FBA?
How did you upgraded from SP1 to SP2?
