When I first starting using Vista, we imported emails from outlook express. However hardly any came through. So I entered the name, e-mail address. However when I tried to send email through xcel, I had to type in the actual email address not the receivers name. (Never had to do this with outlook express.) So I deleted all of them and entered them again. When I entered them the second time, they came up using receivers name, but it also includes the old name, address which won't go through. They come back to me. I tried holding the mouse on them in the send to:, and pressing delete as it says, but that does NOT work. How can I just delete them and start fresh so that they don't come up two or three at a time when I type the name in send to? I am so frustrated with the operation, I could scream. Please help me.Thanks, Rita:
