Windows DVD Maker not detect device record

Hello,
I am trying to use the Windows DVD Maker for record a DVD. However, when
opening the tool, he does not detect the DVD burn installed. The device is
a LG (HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H42N ATA) and in the EventView has the following
errors:

Description: The mechanism of the Creator of DVD returned a code of error
(-2147023779) upon recording the disk.

It was in the WHCL, is compatible. I tried the Microsoft support site to
knowledgebase but I found nothing.
