Windows DVD and Movie Maker

Maybe this should have been the question if I purchase Vista Business Edition
which does not include Windows Movie Maker and Windows DVD Maker can they be
downloaded and run within Window Vista Business Edition

What would have been nice:

Hey everybody. Please answer me one question that would really make my life
easier.

I got this windows movie maker, my friend showed my how to use it and i
though it was really simple so i went home and everything worked fine but I
COULDN'T PUT MY VIDEO ON THE TIME LINE! i tried all...dragging copying and
pasting searched all over the web and this is my last hope. please help me.
