Windows doesnt start?!

Sup everyone!

Well a not so good problem has just arrived. When I start
the comp, Windows XP doesnt boot and I get the error:

Windows could not start b/c the following file is missing
or corrupt

\windows\system32\config\system

Its also says that I can repair it with the installation CD
which I have to so Im ready to do that, only thing is I
dont know how. :/ Any help and suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. Thxs for your time.
