I created two partition, C and D
C is protected by EWF with option RAM
D is not protected by the EWF.

When i boot after FBA the OS display this Error:

"Windows Delayed Write Failed"
Windows was unable to save all the data for the file
c:\WIndows\system32\config\AppEvent.Evt.The data hasbeen
lost. This Error......... etc, etc.

Did you'he a solution for this problem?

Check available memory.

- Find more memory.
- Disable page file or change it's partition.
- Disable disk defragmenter.
- Stop writing to protected partition.
- Check if C: is really protected: type ewfmgr C:
- etc.

Did you remember to leave some unallocated space on the HD for EWF? It's
needed, even if it's a RAM EWF, during the FBA process - unless you follow
Slobodan's method described elsewhere. I found this unallocated space
needed to be larger than described (>8MB), but I never really narrowed it
down. This might be the issue.

I also saw this error after etprep-ing the HD for an El Torito CD, and the
HD now boots on a different drive letter, but some things were hard-coded to
C:. (It doesn't seem to be fatal in this case, after making the El Torito
image & booting from CD it's back on the right drive letter.) I don't think
that's your case though.
