Windows Defender Updates

For the Past little while my Windows Defender has had this message
"Windows Defender Definitions hasn't been updated for 18 days" and everytime
that I click the update button, a little bubble in the corner says "Windows
Defender is up-to-date with definitions and engine upgrades" but the message
that is hasn't been updated is still there. I've tried uninstalling it, and
then reinstalling, but now it just say it hasn't been updated in 50 days. How
do I fix this?

Found the fix -
Go to C:\Program Files\Windows Defender
Right click on AS_Sigs.MSI and choose Uninstall from the context menu
Then try to update again - it worked for me.
