windows defender not updating

i have windows XP with SP2 on computer. i just installed window XP with SP2
and then perform windows update. after windows update completed first time.i
installed windows defender, and tried to update it.but getting this is error
message :-

" Windows defender was unable to completed update 0x8024400a"

i tried sever time to update but not getting updateion for WD.

please get me soultion of my problem, if anybody knows.
