Windows Defender/ Norton System Doctor.

Hi,
I've installed Defender ok and scans with out any problems but since
installation my Norton System Doctor alerts me of 2 problems, these being:

C:\program Files\Windows Defender\MSASCui.exe" cannot access a necessary
file "msvr80.dll"

The automatic or manual fixes cannot find a solution thus leaving the Task
Bar icon for Norton System Doctor lit RED.

Has anybody else encounted this problem and hopfully found a solution?

This seems to be a problem with Norton System Doctor, rather than Windows
Defender. We don't have a solution here since there appears to be nothing
wrong with the installations that Norton flags this on.
