I have this same problem and i ran the test below; everything came up ok but
the error remains on my PC, what else can i do to get this resolved?

If you go to Windows Update, do an express scan, do you see Defender
signatures listed? Apply all updates offered.

Is this a home machine, or one on a corporate network?
