Windows Defender command line box appears?

Hi,
I have been checking and haven't seen this problem. A Windows Defender
Command line box appears for about 5 seconds then goes off. This happens
about 12 times a day at no set interval. I have checked every setting in the
program and did not find anything that will stop me from going insane. Any
help would be appreciated.

What is it about the command-line box that connects it to Windows Defender?
Is that the window title?

What jobs do you see in Scheduled Tasks? Choose Advanced and Show Hidden
Tasks to see more.

Is it possible that there's a cleaning operation to remove malware
previously find that hasn't completed?
