Windows Defender Continuously Closes

Every time I boot up my PC, about 15 minutes after bootup, a window with the
following message appears:

"Windows Defender Command Line Utility has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Windows Defender
twice now, but I still get this message. In addition, after reinstalling the
latest version of the program, downloading the latest definitions and then
doing a scan, a shortwile after the scan is completed, the message appears
again. I'm at a loss as to why this is occuring. Thanks for your help.

Howdy all,

Sorry to bump an old message but I have exactly the same problem. I'm pretty
sure I don't have OneLive. Do I really need to contact a support line or is
there something I can do about this myself?

Bump here too.

I have been having the same problem for a while now. Hoping someone can
share some insight. I do not have OneLive.
