Windows Defender and AVG

AVG recently caught Trojan Horse Vundo.JI. Concerned that Defender did not
catch this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

See the response from Dave M to your other posting. Windows Defender is an
anti-spyware application, I would expect Vundo to be caught by your
antivirus, in this case AVG.

also WD is disabled by AVG so it would not catch anything.
You can only run one antivirus program but you can run Superantispyware free
or Pro for spyware protection.
I highly recommend Superantispyware Pro because it runs in real time and you
can set it when to scan
