Windows Defender/Adobe Acrobat Speed Launcher

Whenever I boot Windows Defender (Beta 2) asks me if I want to allow Adobe
Acrobat Speed Launcher to load. It is in my "startup" shortcuts folder. So,
I allow it, since it is expected. But EVERY reboot it asks again. It's
becoming a bit annoying. Otherwise, so far WD seems to work fine, though I
miss the old interface.

I have EXACTLY the same problem. And ONLY with Acrobat Speed Launcher.
ANYBODY an idea to solve this?

Yeah, dump the speed launcher icon from your "startup" shortcuts folder.

You don't need it running anyway.
You literally lose nothing by removing it.

I have the same issue with a shortcut to Outlook 2003! I also have the
Acrobat Speed Launcher loading at startup and that causes me no
problems!!

I have the exact same problem. It's becoming a major irritant and I'm just
about to nuke Defender and go back to something else. Didn't have this
problem with the previous Beta. Leave it to MS to muck up a good thing.

I've got about 50 systems with the Reader launcher running--is that what we
are talking about? I haven't seen this issue on any of them. What Adobe
product and which version was creating this symptom?
