I have a windows XP which was reinstalled.
My problem is as follows:

When I start my PC I get a message aftre the inatial
start up process with the green loding bar.
I get the following message:
lsass.exe: systems error
The end point format is invalid

However it loads using SAFE mode
Please can you help me...

I am having the exact same symptoms (Error message same)
on my XP Home with endless loop of rebooting. I used
safe mode to attempt restore to earlier time and now the
computer can't find operating system. Please share any
solutions for the original problem with me at my email
dperks at hotmail dot com.

Do an inplace upgrade of the machine. Boot from CD, Enter for new install,
F8 to accept the EULA and then R to repair the C:\Windows installation it
finds.
