Windows Contacts v Contacts in Outlook 2007

Hi,

Does Windows contacts support all the same fields at the address book in
Outlook 2007?

Reason for asking is that I have all my contacts on my iPhone. I've just got
a new PC (with Viasta) and have a copy of Outlook 2007. I don't need to use
the email functions of Outlook 2007 but know that it supports all the fields
that hold my address details on the iPhone.

I'm trying to establish whether I can interface the iPhone contacts with
Windows Contacts without losing data or whether I'm better to install Outlook.

Thanks
Nick

Field names and types have nothing to do with it, you cannot use Windows
Contacts to sync with your iPhone. You need Outlook. If you wish to sync
the iPhone, you need to install and use that copy of Outlook.
