iPhone vs. Windows Mail

Does anybody know how to synch an iPhone to the Windows Mail calendar? I
can synch my Contacts, but so far, it seems that Windows Mail won't talk to
the iPhone the same way as Outlook does. I'm fairly illiterate with these
sorts of things, but if anybody knows how to solve this problem, I'd really
appreciate it!
