When I "restart" or "shutdown" my computer i get a
windows caution: "Other people are logged onto this
computer. Restarting windows might cause them to lose
data." However, no one else is logged on. Why am i
getting this caution? How can i turn this off?

If you are hosting a shared drive (i.e. one or more of
your folders is marked as "shared"; AND another person is
logged into that shared drive, then you will get this
notice. If none of this is true, then you just might
have somebody unauthorized messing with your computer.
