Windows cannot open help and support because a system service is not running.
To fix this proble, start the service named 'Help and Support'.




i do not kno what to do i typed in "run" i typed Help and Support and
nothing happend so.....please help?
 
start > Run, type services.msc
find the help and support service, right click and select Start.
you may also want to make sure it is set to automatic start.

Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
Double-click Help and Support
Set the Startup type to Automatic
Start the Service

after right clicking, you need to click properties and then you can click
either manual, automatic.
