Windows cannot log you on

This the message that I am currently getting, and I am
not sure why?

Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be
loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, or
that your network is functioning correctly. If this
problem persists, contact your network administrator.

First of all, all of the users information is on this
computer, it is the only computer on the netwrok and has
allways been the only computer. The only account that I
can log into is the administrator. Another interesting
thing is; if I change a current user to administrator,
than I can load there desktop.
