Windows cannot load the user's profile

Howdy,

I am using XP SP1, now when I create a new account I get
the error message:
"Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged
you on with the default profile for the system.

DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified."

I can't set do any "Desktop Customization"
I found a KB Article
" How to Enable User Environment Debug Logging in Retail
Builds of Windows"

I have a detailed log if someone could help me.

Thanks Mike

The debug log won't help. The user profile is corrupt. You will need to
create a new user and salvage whatever files you need from the old profile.
If your system is NTFS formatted, you may need to "take ownership" of the
old user folder from the new account.

See Help and Support and search for "take ownership"
