I followed the advice... and "search" found the file right away..of course I
knew it was there, because I clicked on it..and that's when I got the error!
I don't believe this is a Paint Shop Pro error. since the error is coming
from Windows..so I am posting the problem here. I have gone to Tools,
folder options.. and file types are set up the way they should be for this
extension.. and they are set up in Paint shop pro as well..
When googling I found this..
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;837334 followed all the steps
they suggested assuming I have some type of worm, I scanned with AVG and
went online at Sygate to scan for a worm, came up clean! this is so
frustrating..
