Windows Automatic Updates and Norton Internet Security

I'm having real trouble getting the Windows Automatic
Updates to trigger and download automatically. I
recently went to Broadband and installed Norton Internet
Security 2003 and Anti-virus and following this I don't
get any Automatic Updates though I can go manually and
update and all is fine.

I may be missing a trick but perhaps someone at MS or
Symantec has seen this and can tell me how to resolve it

Disable NIS-2003 and retry.
