Windows always minimized

Whenever I open a link in a New Window, or even sometimes
when I just open Internet Explorer, the windo is VERY
small, I have to maximize EVERYTHING. It's kind of
annoying. I have deleted cookies, deleted internet
files, and cleared history....how do I fix this?? It
first occurred after using Aim Express... which has
never given me a problem before. I have a Dell Dimension
with Windows XP Home Edition.

Open only 1 IE window. Then drag the corners to resize it however you'd
like. Then close the window and it should open to that size in the future.

Greg, the stretched window must be the last window you close.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
