Windows 98 configuration to login domain 2000

Hello,
I am having problems when I go to login in the domain with
Windows 98, for Morning when they turn on machine it login
normally in the domain, but in case that they effect
logoff and are outside 20 minutes, when they to login
again of the one message that the domain not is avaliable
or password of the user again this incorrect, they to
restart machine it to logon.

My server 2000 server SP3
I have this problem with Workstation Windows 98
My Wins is OK in Server
My Workstation 98 static IP´s.
Which the correct configuration in the environment of
network for Windows 98 join in Domain 2000?
What I must configure in the Windows 98 to login fine?

Why don't you let the W98 obtain an IP from the DHCP-server?
What does a IPCONFIG /All give?
