Windows 95 Powertoys

I have had to manually add the Windows 95 Powertools SendTo extensions for
every Microsoft operating system since Windows 95.
Why are the best bits of it not included by default in Vista?
The SendTo should have as default "Sendto clipboard as name" and "Sendto any
folder".
The context menu should have "Target->Open Container" i.e. lets you right
click on a shortcut and open the folder that the target is in.

These are simple things that can easily be implemented and also are obvious
positive changes that people will comment on in reviews.

"SendTo any folder" is such a blatently obvious, highly useful contex menu
item, it amazes me that it is not a default option in Vista or XP for that
matter. With all the bells and whistles that have been added to Windows
over the years, and such a focus on making the user experience and file
management easier, I'm floored that it's not just "there".

Suggestions should be submitted to MS via the Feedback link on your desktop.
MS does not monitor public newsgroups. At this point, feature requests are
closed for Vista, but MS is considering them for inclusion in Windows
Codename Vienna.

...

Why add it manually?

In 98, 98Se and XP I just installed the original Windows 95 Sendto.INF
and Explore.INF files.
Works fine.
Worth trying it in Vista.

What's not "manual" about that? ;-)
