Windows 95 Plus! scereensavers in XP?

How can I run some of the Windows 95 Plus! screensavers under Windows XP? I
copied for example Mystery.scr and Mystery.dll from a Windows 95 to a XP PC,
but when I run the Mystery screensaver in XP all I get is a black screen.

You cannot run old screensavers. You can use the jpg file as a Desktop
picture, but not as a screensaver.

Because they weren't designed to run on XP.

I think this entire topic was entirely unhelpful. I think all of you should
think of any possible way in which you could get them to run and post it. If
you really have no idea how to then I think you should have responded by
providing some sort of explaination to why they dont work, and then at least
we would have some leads at where to start trying to get them to work
ourselves. Sorry, I know I sound a little hostile, but I've been trying to
get these to work for about three months now and I happen to be hungry at the
moment.
anyways, do any of you know any websites with information about making
screensaver? I think that may be the most helpful.
